Who is Lucifer Sam? What is the Buzz? What is the Emporium?

Lucifer Sam & The Buzz is an avant-garde music project, created by Sam Cherny a.k.a. Lucifer Sam. Sam feels that Lucifer Sam is an extrapolation of his own personal aesthetic, in music and style in general.

Lucifer Sam & The Buzz is a fusion of styles, drawing influence from Syd Barrett & Pink Floyd, Brian Wilson (The Beach Boys) , The Beatles, Jeff Lynne (ELO) and the West Coast Pop Art Experimental Bands, folk music from various countries, and more. The self-proclaimed “Vod-Rock” project produces a conceptual style of music and is influenced by vaudeville acts, the psychedelic scene, and modernized 60s vibes.

The Buzz began after a psychedelic experience in late 2020, Sam began to hear fully written songs in his head. From there he connected with a producer, and began the process of creating the music style of ‘The Emporium,’ which is the premiere album currently in production with a great team of artists, musicians, and minds working together on the process.
